Using these in a kitchen

• Decide the cabinet colour first; it is the largest continuous surface and the hardest to change later.
• Keep worktops and splashbacks quieter than the cabinets. Two strong surfaces in one room read as competition.
• Look at the palette under the light you actually cook in — warm LEDs push greens toward olive and whites toward cream.

The text colour under each palette is whichever of near-black or white reaches the higher contrast ratio against its first colour — check any other pairing before using it for body text.
